Wendy Miller is the founder and principal of WM ARTS MANAGEMENT. She has been an agile participant in Portland's arts & culture community since moving to the city in 1997.

In addition to her work with WM ARTS MANAGEMENT, Wendy coordinated aspects of the Grants and Public Art departments at the Regional Arts & Culture Council for six years, working closely with hundreds of artists and organizations. She also led the branding, media and public relations efforts for Museum of Contemporary Craft during its historic move to the DeSoto Building. Wendy went to graduate school at the University of Oregon in Eugene, where she earned Master of Arts degrees in Art History and Arts Management. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
